Eli is pure DDR, an impressive large exuberant male, striking black sable of East German DDR lineage. He is an agile athletic dog with good prey drive, high ball drive and has a very nice off switch as well as excellent house manners. Eli is a solid male with good substance, excellent working structure, and substantial bone and head type. He has very good scent work and hunt drive. He is very social with an outgoing temperament and is a wonderful ambassador for the breed. He will produce offspring with very good prey drive, very dark pigment, loyalty and protection to home and family, and will be well suited for sports (Obedience, Rally, Agility, Coursing, Nosework, Herding, etc) as well as Search and Rescue and Therapy work.
